This is a wonderful addition to the camper's tool kit for baking special treats. Over time, as my familiarity with the Outback Oven increases and my skills improve, this rating will probably go to 5 stars. I think that the estimated length of time it takes to bake something (as shown in the instruction pamphlet) is significantly shorter than what my experience has been. I'm guessing they were test-baking at a higher ambient temperature than what I have done. I plan to purchase a culinary torch for browning the tops of what I've baked for improved presentation purposes. Consider purchasing John Weber's book "The Art & Craft of Baking in the Outback Oven" for lots of great ideas on uses for the Oven!
